A Carolina Collaboration
Without a Fight is a collaboration of the Center for Global Initiatives (CGI), Carolina for Kibera (CFK), and Chasing the Mad Lion Productions. The production team highlights the remarkable talent of this university. Producer Beth-Ann Kutchma (CGI staff, CFK board member) recruited director Jason Arthurs (Journalism ’03) after he directed a video profile of her Durham, NC based rock band Red Collar for the Raleigh News & Observer. To round out their production team, they enlisted story editor Mark Derewicz (research writer at UNC), co-director of photography Andrew Johnson (Journalism ’10) and designer Tripp Tuttle (Art '05, CGI staff).
